Payment Methods

How can you pay for an order?

PayPal

PayPal is the world's most widely used secure online payment platform, supporting various credit cards and associated bank cards for online payment.

  • Registered Users: If you have already registered with PayPal and have associated a payment method, PayPal is the best option for your payment.
  • Unregistered Users: If you haven't registered with PayPal, you can submit your order and select "Pay with a credit or debit card" on the PayPal checkout page. This eliminates the need to register with PayPal and allows you to quickly create a PayPal account and pay successfully.

Credit Card

This credit card channel is currently the most used online payment method on our website. Transaction security is very high and there is a robust auditing process in place to ensure that both your funds and those on our website are safe.

  • Possible Reasons for Failed Transactions:
  1. Incorrect credit card information, such as an invalid card number, incorrect expiration date, mismatched CVV2/CVC/CVN code, or insufficient balance.
  2. Payments made through VPN or PROXY, or discrepancies between the order information and the information provided to the bank.
  3. It is recommended to fill in the billing address (consistent with the information reserved by the bank) and the shipping address separately during checkout to improve the approval rate.
  • Review Period: After submitting your order, it will go into a waiting state for the bank to review. During the review period, your order will show “Pending Payment” status and no chargeback will be made. Please wait patiently for the review result (normally 1-12 hours). The amount of the order + 1% – 5% of the exchange rate conversion fee will be deducted from your credit card.
