Tips for using Silicone Ice Molds

• To make the cleanest, purest ice, use distilled water.
• Place the mold in the freezer on a level surface. When the mold is tilted, it will leak and when it freezes, it won't form a whole ball.
• Till the mold is fully frozen, leave it undisturbed.
• Once frozen, take the mold's two halves apart. Run cold water over the mold's bottom if any of the ice balls stick to come loose.
• If you use ice balls frequently, make sure you have a sufficient supply on hand so you don't run out. Frozen ice balls can be kept until needed in a covered container or freezer bag.
• You can always have a dozen or more ice balls on hand if you maintain the freezing cycle.
• Plan ahead a few days in advance to ensure you have enough ice balls for your celebration.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
