This is a very good product for what it is it's great for straining Little Things. If you're an egg poacher and you don't use an actual poaching pan this is wonderful for fishing those eggs out of your steaming water it's also very good for yes get ready stir fries most silicon can handle High heat. When you think about the utensils that Chinese Cooks use ladles strainers and spatulas this fits the bill when you're doing stir fry it can take the Heat you can fish out your veggies if you don't want the sauce to come with works like a dream. It's good quality silicone. I have been switching all my utensils over to Silicon simply because a it cuts down on the noise and clatter. Also much more friendly to your cookware your cast iron doesn't scratch up your stainless doesn't scratch up you're non-stick doesn't scratch up. Also it's lighter so you get rid of all the bulk of all the other heavy products I just like using silicon utensils very much. It's just easier all around this is a great product I would recommend it.

The business end of this pliable round spoon is almost 4 inches across, with 31 holes (!) in a flat bottom that drains fast. The edges of the spoon slope up about 3/8 inch at the edge, making it easy to scoop up the sides of a deep dish, pan, or instant pot. The handle is rigid and non-slip. Both handle and spoon have a slightly textured surface. I've washed it by hand and in the dishwasher. So far, it hasn't become permanently stained by foods like curry or chili, unlike my old nylon ladles. It has been good for lifting poached eggs, ravioli, pasta, and veggies. I have not used it in hot oil. Works great and the minty green color looks good in a utensil holder with other things.
